Casa Services

One live view of quality, workforce, finance and service performance.

Casa Services partnered with HutSix to bring critical operational information from across the organisation into a single executive dashboard.

The result is a centralised reporting platform that connects data from multiple business systems, giving Casa’s leadership and Board a clearer, more timely view of organisational performance, compliance, client care and emerging risks.

The Challenge

Casa Services delivers disability and community services across Central Australia, generating important operational data across a range of separate systems and processes.

Information relating to workforce compliance, mandatory training, incidents, client care, finance, service delivery and quality was spread across platforms including Employment Hero, eTrainu, MYOB and SharePoint registers.

Preparing a complete picture of organisational performance required information to be gathered, checked and interpreted across these different sources. This made executive and Board reporting more complex and limited the organisation’s ability to quickly identify trends, anomalies and areas requiring attention.

The Solution

HutSix designed and developed a secure Executive Dashboard that brings Casa’s key operational and strategic measures together in one place.

The platform integrates data from Casa’s existing systems and presents it through purpose-built reporting across workforce, finance, quality and client care.

Rather than replacing the systems that the Casa team already use, the dashboard creates a reporting layer across them, transforming operational data into information that can be understood and acted on.

Reporting includes areas such as workforce clearances and compliance, mandatory and essential training, employee movements, incidents, medication, client plans and health screening, SIL occupancy, financial performance and quality measures.

Different access levels ensure Casa’s Board can see the organisational information needed for governance without exposing confidential individual employee or client information.

The dashboard also includes digital referral workflows, direct support functionality and an AI assistant that allows authorised users to ask questions about the underlying data.

The Impact

The Executive Dashboard gives Casa Services a single source for monitoring performance across areas that were previously reported through multiple systems, spreadsheets and manual processes.

Leadership can more readily identify issues such as overdue compliance requirements, training gaps, incident trends, workforce movements and areas of client care requiring attention.

It also creates a stronger connection between day-to-day operational activity and Board-level reporting, with information presented against Casa’s organisational priorities and performance targets.

As Casa’s systems and reporting requirements continue to evolve, the dashboard provides a foundation that can grow with them. Additional data sources, including quality observation, workplace inspection and employee and client satisfaction platforms, can be incorporated over time.

The Outcome

Casa’s Executive Dashboard represents a shift from fragmented operational reporting towards a connected, data-driven view of the organisation.

Instead of relying on individual systems to tell separate parts of the story, CASA can bring workforce, service delivery, quality, compliance and financial information together to support better oversight and decision-making.

The result is:

A central view of organisational performance

More timely executive and Board reporting

Greater visibility of compliance and operational risk

Improved ability to identify trends and anomalies

Secure role-based access to sensitive information

Reduced reliance on manually compiling information across systems

A scalable reporting platform that can evolve alongside CASA

The dashboard gives CASA a stronger foundation for evidence-based governance, continuous improvement and quality service delivery across the organisation.
